9:00-10:00 a.m. Safety lecture with Pat Reiff in the Roy Rogers Conference Room in the Main House

10:00 a.m. - noon Natural History Open House with Kirsten Siebach, Scott Solomon and Natural Sciences students, 'Upper Loop' activities take place near the Main House and the Old Oak Tree and 'Lower Loop' activities take place at the Creekside *requires registration
10:00-11:00 a.m. Preparing for Totality workshop with Carolyn Sumners in the Roy Rogers Conference Room in the Main House
11:00 a.m. - noon Equipment preparation workshop with Carolyn Sumners and Gary Young at the Pilot's Lounge
11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. All-American buffet lunch at the Main House
1:00-2:00 p.m. Eclipse viewing practice session with Pat Reiff, field near the Pilot's Lounge
