All attendees must complete an event Participation Agreement. A parent or legal guardian must complete a Participation Agreement for all minors in attendance.

All attendees must attend an in-person eclipse safety lecture or watch an eclipse safety video lecture before viewing the eclipse.
In-person lectures will be held at 9 a.m. on Sunday, April 7 and at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, April 8 in the Roy Rogers Conference Room in the Main House of the Flying L Ranch Resort.
