While most of The Great Owl Eclipse activities are open to all, a few activities have limited capacity and require attendees to sign up in advance.
Guided Bird Walks
Cin-Ty Lee will lead morning bird walks on Sunday, April 7 and Monday, April 8. Walks will leave from the Main House at 7 a.m.
Natural History Open House 'Upper Loop'
Learn about The Hidden Life of an Oak Tree, things Made By Bugs, using Drones for Science and more with Scott Solomon, Kirsten Siebach and Natural Sciences students. Upper Loop activities will take place near the Main House, The Old Oak Tree and surrounding areas. Offered Sunday, April 7 10 a.m. - noon and 3-5 p.m.
