The Rice/Baylor Medical Scholars Program promotes the education of students who are scientifically competent, compassionate and socially conscious. Rice and Baylor College of Medicine select six incoming freshmen each year to pursue a four-year bachelor's degree at Rice followed by guaranteed admission to Baylor College of Medicine. Rice-UT Public Health Scholars Program
The Rice-UT Public Health Scholars Program allows selected undergraduate students interested in public health to enroll in up to five core courses at the UT School of Public Health during their senior year and obtain dual undergraduate and graduate credit. This unique BA/BS-MPH program enables accepted students to accelerate and complete their Master of Public Health degree (MPH) in one year after completing their undergraduate degree.
